    I just got off the phone with John Badere. This man would not fully explain to me exactly the nature of the call. I requested to be sent information concerning the bill in which I am being harrassed about. This is the first time I am being notified about this $101.00 bill. I tried to request the information and John talked over me as well as used rude and intimidating tactics in trying to collect this debt. I will contact appropriate agenct that overlooks the debt collections. I know by law you cannot use harrassing and intimidating practices. Once I have been able to talk to my insurance company, the company that supplied the boot and the doctors office then I can set up some type of payment arrangement. I was not aware of the boot cost when I broke my foot a year ago the doctor put the boot on set me up for surgery and biliing never told me I would receive an addititonal bill for the boot. I was told of other additional bills and this one was not included. So to get this condecending phone call from an over achieving bully is uncalled for.
